Redesigning your master bathroom can be a great experience. The best part about it is
you get to make it the way you want. This specific client had an idea of what they wanted
but needed the assistance of designer to make everything come together. Katy with "My Design Team"
designed the plans. She really does a great job of listening to the client and designing the project to meet the client's needs.
One of the great things about their services is that they can show a client exactly how the
project will look like after the construction is complete. You can see some of the
before photos, 3D pre-construction photos, and the after photos. The 3D drawings and after photos
look very similar.
Martha Gray with "Decorating Den"
did a incredible job of helping the client pick out all of their selections and making sure everything tied together well.
So many times clients can not visualize how the final project will turn out. With these 3D renderings you
see all your fixtures, your wall colors, lighting, cabinets, tile and hard surfaces. It takes the
whole guessing game out of the way, this way the client knows exactly what their getting.
On this project, one of the main goals for the client was to create a large walkin closet. We completely
demolished the entire bathroom and starting moving things around to accomplish that. We built all new
custom cabinets, installed granite for the countertops, installed undermount sinks, and our cabinet guy built
a custom jewelry drawer. The jewelry drawer has 3 drawers within on drawer that slide in and out for different
storage compartments. You can see the photos of the jewelry drawer in the bathroom photo gallery.
With moving things around we were able to install a jacuzzi tub and a nice shower with a frameless glass enclosure. This
glass was made with shower guard to protect the glass panels from water spots. We all know how bad shower
glass panels can get water spots all of over them. We installed new can lights and directional
lighting in the master bedroom for reading at night. Overall all, the project turned out very well and client
was able to get more room in their new closet.
