What is a design build?

Simply stated, a design build contractor oversees the entire building process: architecture, engineering and construction. After initial consultation, we will promptly provide you with a formal proposal to include the anticipated costs of your project and our estimated time to complete it. If you choose to move forward, we will then create a preliminary set of plans and more detailed time schedules and budget guidelines for you to review.

When you receive these, you will have an opportunity to discuss options and changes you may want to make to the design of your project, as well as any aspect of the budget that may need to be modified before we finalize your design, sign a contract with you and start to work.
