This client contacted us last year to remodel an older version of their home
office. While in the midst of designing plans for this room, we also offered
our client an area which could be designated as storage – always a much
over-looked, but quite welcomed area especially for filing past years
documents.
Office addition construction details:
- Custom cabinet throughout – stained using stain-grade Maple in the office space
- We rounded the cabinet ends with crown molding at the top.
- We used flat paneled doors on cabinets.
- Recessed lighting throughout the office space.
- Under counter lighting for desk top area.
- Air conditioned attic storage space adjacent to the newly remodeled office.
- We laid imitation wood vinyl flooring.
- Windows used were vinyl double by Don Young Company.
- Therma Tru Insulated vinyl doors installed throughout the exit doorways.
- Exterior Hardie horizontal siding.
