Our clients had recently retired. They were looking forward to relaxation and outdoor cooking in their large backyard. We had previously built an additional room to their second floor home. Following this theme and ease to access, we built a lengthy porch adjacent to this new addition along with an exterior staircase to create easy access to the yard and still attached to their home.
Remodeling: 2nd floor porch/patio
- Galvanized pan for water proofing.
- Mud bed, thin set ceramic tile to the deck.
- Attached an exterior circular galvanized stair case from Stairways Inc.
- Installed seamless gutters and downspouts.
- Exterior pool house bathroom with shower and commode.
