Our church had GB renovate 4 of our lobby restrooms to restore them after Harvey had damaged them with flooding. They are great communicators and worked closely with us through the whole project to ensure we were on the same page about next steps in the restoration. Their quality of work is top-notch. We couldn't be happier with the final look of the restrooms and they are being used as the measuring stick for the look of the rest of the renovation work that is going on in our church. We are definitely impressed!

I used GB General Contractors years ago building a patio and garage. So when I needed a contractor again naturally I thought of them. This time I had a complete bathroom remodel done. GB did a great job with our Kitchen remodel. They kept us informed of the project timeline and budget and when to expect which contractors to be working in our home. After opening the walls, they identified some unexpected and unsafe electrical problems, and made certain that the electrical work was upgraded to be safe and in compliance current code. Their attention to detail in completing our kitchen with all of its quirks was exceptional. Thank you, GB General Contractors!

GB Builders went above and beyond with the addition on our home! Between Ryan, Gil, and Carrie, there was always constant communication about project status and updates. Their crews were always polite and respectful. The addition of our home office and laundry room were completely seamless and blended in perfectly with the rest of the house. We are absolutely thrilled with the results of our kitchen and laundry room remodel by Ryan and the team at GB General Contractors!  Early in 2021 we decided to tackle an update to our circa 1978 kitchen. At mid-year we were ready to kick off the project and contacted GB General Contractors based on a personal recommendation. We received a call-back immediately. Carrie from the sales office gathered a great deal of information from us regarding exactly what we hoped to accomplish with the project. We then met with Ryan to walk through our current kitchen. From our initial meeting we knew that this team could see our vision for the project and based on the suggestions they made, had our best interests at heart.  Ryan met with us on a regular basis to review progress and to keep us informed of the next steps so that we were never caught off guard or inconvenienced by the rotation of work teams coming through. Each of the subcontractors that were involved in the project were carefully managed by Ryan so that expectations were made clear and the finished product was exactly as specified. This included several modifications, customizations and changes made as we saw areas for further improvement or better efficiencies. Since we were living in our home during the remodel, we especially appreciated the way the workers closed out each day by securing their equipment and cleaning up the work area.  All in all we were delighted by the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail on the project and highly recommend GB General Contractors for your projects, large or small!

GB General Contractors is an absolute God sent miracle! After a traumatic experience, We needed adjustments made to our home according to ADA specifications and decided to use a contractor recommended to us by our insurance company. Huge mistake!!! Our home was destroyed with support beams being removed, uneven flooring, and a shower remodel that was cracking and falling apart 2 days after being done.
Devastated, I called GB in tears and Gil was the answer to my prayers. Gil and Ryan promptly came out to our house to assess its needs. They listened to all of our concerns and designed a beautiful, fully functional home in addition to correcting the last contractors mistakes! Our home needed some serious work and GB was able to complete all of it with the highest quality and prior to the estimated finish date! We were consulted about decisions and kept in constant communication with Ryan, ensuring the best result of home modifications! If you want the BEST, GB is it! We purchased our current home knowing we would want to redo the master bath. I had a very good friend who was a remodeler and extremely active in the remodeler’s council. As he had moved to another state, I asked for a recommendation. He wholeheartedly recommended GB Builders. His comment was they are quality people and stand behind their work.

From our initial meeting with Ryan we were extremely impressed. We had invited another company to give us a proposal and the level of communication and professionalism was night and day different with GB. I knew we were going to be in good hands.

The communication from Ryan and his assistant at the office, Carrie, was amazing. I knew on a daily basis what was going to happen. If they had questions they reached out immediately and, I, likewise, was able to do the same receiving a response within a matter of minutes. I was never left hanging or wondering.

Given that we started the project right at Thanksgiving and worked through Christmas, there were some known time challenges to be expected. Subtract the holidays and the project was completed timely and efficiently. Ryan presented us with a scope of work and budget and never steered away from our agreed plans and specifications. There were never any over charges or asking for more money.

The work was carefully and skillfully performed. We never asked that anything be redone or ever needed to question workmanship.

I was searching for a contractor to close in our two-car garage and add a four-car garage to the side of our house.
